You get six healing sessions with me on Zoom, and there are no mandalas in this one, it's pure healing from start to finish. The first and last sessions are ninety minutes, and the four in the middle are sixty minutes each, so we start big, do the deep work together and finish big.

Space and Soul is where I clear the heavy energy blocks from your home, your workplace, your car or even a second hand treasure you brought home, and from the people and pets that live there too. Spaces soak up everything that has ever happened in them, every worry, every row and every houseful of relatives at Christmas, Diwali and other family functions, so I find all the energy blocks, clear them, and leave the place feeling calm and yours again.

I really do, and I say it with a completely straight face. Energy blocks gather in animals, homes, cars and old furniture just as much as it does in people, so a jumpy pet who soaks up everyone's stress or a house that feels heavy however many times you redecorate can both be cleared. Everything holds energy, and anything that can get stuck can be cleared.

Once you've booked your time, you join me on Zoom, with your people and pets at home with you if you like, and I work through you and your space together. By the end the whole place feels lighter and calmer, and you get a written report as well the recording of our call and MP4’s of any tools I used so you can see exactly what was cleared and where it came from.

Not at all, because I give everyone a template that's already started for them, so nobody ever has to stare at a scary blank page, and the people who say they can't draw are usually the ones who are proudest at the end.

Not at all, and I really do mean that. The day before we meet I send you a sacred art template that's already drawn out for you, so you never have to stare at a scary blank page, and you just add your own squiggles and colour it in. Nobody has ever left one of my evenings without making something they were really chuffed with, so you'll be absolutely fine.

Hardly a thing, which is rather the whole point. You'll want a pencil, a few colouring pencils or pens, your favourite drink in your favourite mug, and the sacred art template I send you the day before, which you pop on the printer beforehand.

Life happens to all of us so please don't worry, because every evening is recorded and I'll send you the recording so you can do it whenever suits you. It feels a touch different without the group in the room, but it still works a treat and you still end up with your own piece of sacred art to keep.
