Do I need to be good at art?

Absolutely not. I send you a sacred art template the day before, already drawn for you, so there is no blank page and nothing you can get wrong. You simply add your own simple marks to beautiful sacred geometry and then colour it in. I have never once had someone leave without creating something gorgeous. Not one.

What do I need to bring?

A pencil, some colouring pencils or pens if you want to colour your art, your favourite drink, and yourself. That really is it. If you can print the template I send you the day before, brilliant. If you can't, just have a piece of paper ready and I'll guide you from the very first mark.

What actually happens in the hour?

You join me on Zoom from your own sofa. I hold a calm, gentle space for the whole group. You draw your own simple marks onto the sacred geometry template, then colour it in, while I guide you through every single step. By the end you have your own unique piece of sacred art and something in your body that feels different from when you arrived. Lighter. Quieter. More like you.

What if I can't make it live?

Every session is recorded. If life happens, the recording will be sent to you and you can do it in your own time. The experience is slightly different without the live group energy but it still works and you still leave with your own piece of sacred art.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes and I love this option. If you come as a pair the two of you together is €65 instead of €55 each. Some things really are lovelier shared, and a good natter on the way home is half the magic.

Wednesday 15th July at 8pm GMT, live online on Zoom from your own sofa. One hour, entirely yours.

Do I need to have done Art and Soul first?

It helps because you will already know what the experience feels like, but it is not required. If you feel called to the Chakra Series, trust that. Your body already knows what it needs.

Do I have to attend all seven sessions?

I would love you to, because each session builds on the last and the seven mandalas together tell a complete story. But life happens and every single session is recorded. You will never miss a thing and the recordings are yours to keep and revisit forever.

What do I need to bring each week?

A pencil, some colouring pencils or pens, your favourite drink and yourself. I send you a sacred mandala template the day before each session so you are ready to draw and colour from the very first minute. Nothing to print if you can't, just have paper and a pencil ready.

How long is each session?

Each session runs for 1.5 to 2 hours. Long enough to really arrive and settle in. Never so long that life can't hold space for it.

When does it start and what are the dates?

Seven Wednesdays from 9th September to 21st October 2026, all at 8pm GMT. Root on 9th September, Sacral on 17th September, Solar Plexus on 24th September, Heart on 1st October, Throat on 8th October, Third Eye on 15th October, Crown on 21st October.

What is the price?

£229 for all seven sessions, saving £50 from the full price of £279. One payment, all seven sessions, every recording yours to keep forever.

Can I buy individual sessions?

The Chakra Series is sold only as the complete set of seven. Each session builds on the one before it and the seven mandalas together create something complete. It is designed to be experienced as a whole journey, not individual classes.

What happens in a private session?

One private hour on Zoom, just you and me. I work directly on whatever is sitting heaviest for you right now, through the art, through the healing, and through the quiet that arrives when you finally have someone holding the space for you. No preparation needed. Just show up.

Wait, did I read that you work on pets? And houses?

You did, and yes, with complete sincerity. Energy gathers and gets stuck in animals, spaces, objects and environments. An anxious pet quietly absorbing everyone's tension, which is far more common than you would think. A home that feels heavy no matter how many times you have redecorated. An office that cannot hold momentum no matter who is in it. A car that breaks down for no mechanical reason and then settles after one session. Every single one of these has happened, more than once, and I no longer raise an eyebrow at any of it. Antiques, second hand furniture, clothes and jewellery all hold energy from whoever had them before, new or not. Even the person who made your furniture may have left a little of their energy in it. So everything, and I do mean everything, is energy. If something is stuck, it can be shifted. Reach out.

What is the price?

€150 per session. No expiry date. Book whenever you are ready.

Do I have to believe in energy healing for it to work?

No. You do not have to believe a single word I say, because you will feel it for yourself. The science behind drawing and colouring sacred art is real and the results are measurable. Sceptics welcome. They always come back.

Do you work with men?

Yes. Although most of what I do is built around women in midlife, because that is who I am and who I understand in my bones, energy does not check anyone's gender at the door. I have worked with men too, and the work lands just the same. If something feels stuck and you want it shifted, you are welcome here whoever you are.

What is Spiritual Art Healing?

It is the name for what I do. The drawing and colouring of sacred art is the doorway, and the healing is what happens inside. When you draw and colour this kind of sacred repeating pattern, your nervous system genuinely settles, your anxiety lowers and something in you shifts that talking has never quite been able to reach. I am a spiritual art healer, and this is my work.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of this work there are no refunds once payment is made. The work begins the moment you commit and that cannot be undone. If you have a question before booking please get in touch first and I will always do my best to help.

Where are you based?

London, England. All sessions are live online via Zoom so it does not matter where you are in the world. I work with women worldwide and the sacred art travels just as well down a Zoom link as it does in person.

Will Samosa make an appearance?

Almost certainly yes. She is four years old, entirely unbothered by Zoom calls and convinced that every session is secretly about her. She is usually right.
