Just so you know

Because of the nature of this work there are no refunds once you've booked, so by booking your hour you're agreeing to that. And if you ever need to move or cancel, just give me more than 24 hours notice and that's absolutely fine, but a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, even a small one, is charged the full fee, because that time was held just for you.
