What Happens After You Book
Check your inbox
A confirmation email will be on its way with all the zoom details. Find it, mark it as not spam and you will not miss a thing.
Book your date and time
Availability is limited once the 90 Day Reset Program starts.
Show up to your session
Join via Zoom at your chosen time. You do not need to prepare anything. You do not need the right words. Just show up. The rest happens in the session.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens and we understand that. If you need to reschedule please give at least 24 hours notice by replying to your booking confirmation email or sending a text and we will do our best to find you another slot.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and sessions where you do not show up are non-refundable. Think of it the same way you would a doctor's appointment or a specialist consultation. That time has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot be given to someone else at short notice.
