Why This Is Not Therapy, Coaching and Why It Matters.

People ask me all the time how to explain what I do to their friends and family. My honest advice is don't try at the dinner table. You'll lose them at frequency and spend the rest of the evening defending yourself over the roast potatoes. Instead, send them this blog post which will do nicely in explaining everything on your behalf.

 

What I do is not therapy. It's not coaching. It's not yoga or meditation or mindfulness or any of the other things that have their place and do their job but are working at a completely different level to this.

 

Here is what makes this different and why it matters.

First, Let Me Ask You Something

What do you think your body is made of?

 

Let me answer that.

 

Your body is made of tissues and organs. What are tissues and organs made of? Cells. What are cells made of? Molecules. You see where I'm going with this, right? What are molecules made of? Atoms. And here is where it gets interesting. What are atoms made of? Subatomic particles. And what are subatomic particles? They are 100% PURE ENERGY.

 

So, every single one of you is a big chunk of energy. Quantum physics proves this and I am not going to get too scientific because frankly this is not school and I'm not here to teach you physics. But quantum physics has proven that at the most fundamental level, everything is energy. Including you. Including your stress, your emotions, your back pain, your brain fog. ALL of it is energy.

 

And this is how everything connects. Your nervous system, your body, your relationships, your money are not separate, they are all part of the same energy field and when one shifts, everything else responds.

 

So, when I say I work with energy, I am not talking about crystals and incense, although I have nothing against either. I am talking about the literal building blocks of your body. That is what we are working with.

Therapy Works With the Mind, This Works With the Body.

Therapy is brilliant for what it does. It helps you understand your patterns, process your experiences and makes meaning of what happened to you. If you've done therapy and found it helpful, keep going, understanding yourself is never wasted.

 

But here's what therapy can't always reach.

 

  • The block that is stored in your body rather than your thinking.

  • The pattern that you understand completely and still can't shift.

    The thing you've talked about for years, that you can explain with impressive clarity and emotional intelligence, and that is still running in the background creating the same results in your life.

  • That's because it was never a thinking problem. It's stored in the energy field, in the nervous system, in the body at a cellular level and talking about it, as useful as talking is, doesn't always reach the level where it actually lives.

Albert Einstein said it perfectly. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."

If you've been talking about the same pattern for years and it's still there, it might be time to try something that works at a different level entirely.

 

When we release these energy blocks, it doesn't just help you it changes your epigenetics, the way your genes express themselves, which means the patterns you were carrying stop being passed on. You are not just healing yourself, you are healing your whole line. Your children, your grandchildren, generations you will never meet get to start without what you were carrying. If that doesn't make this worth doing, I don't know what does.

 

I go straight to where it lives. Find it. Release it. Done.

Coaching Works With Goals, This Works With Frequency.

Coaching is brilliant for what it does, it helps you get clear on what you want, build strategies to get there and stay accountable to your own intentions. Excellent. Genuinely useful.

 

But if your frequency is low, you can have the clearest goals in the world and still not be able to reach them, not because you lack discipline or commitment or the right strategy but because something in your energy field is creating resistance and until that clears, the goal stays just out of reach no matter how hard you go after it.

 

I had a client with a Master’s degree who couldn't get a job in her field despite having every qualification she needed. She'd tried the coaching approach, she'd worked on her mindset, she'd refined her Resume and her interview technique and all of it was fantastic but none of it was working. In one session we found the energetic blocks preventing her from moving forward and we released them. In 48 hours, she had a job offer in a new city and she was on a plane to Halifax before the week was out.

 

That's the difference between working with goals and working with frequency.

Yoga and Meditation Work With Regulation This Works With Clearing

I love yoga and I love meditation. They regulate the nervous system, create space, bring you back to your body. All of that is real and valuable and I recommend both without hesitation.

 

But regulation and clearing are two different things. Regulation helps you manage what's there. Clearing removes what's there and there is a very meaningful difference between learning to manage anxiety and actually clearing the energy blocks that are generating the anxiety in the first place.

 

When the block clears you don't need to manage it anymore because it's gone. You don't need a coping strategy for something that no longer exists.

So, What Is This?

This is Energetic Body Intelligence. A method that uses muscle testing to locate exactly what is stored in your energy field, where it came from, whether it's yours or inherited, and then using specific EBI tools and activations. I release them.

 

It works on people, pets, homes, cars, objects and spaces. It works remotely because energy doesn't require physical presence. It works on grief, on patterns, on physical symptoms, on relationship dynamics, on money blocks, on inherited beliefs and on anything else that is sitting in your field lowering your frequency and making your life harder than it needs to be.

 

And it works faster than anything else I've ever encountered because when you go directly to where the block lives instead of working around it, things shift. Quickly, measurably and lastingly.
