Every session starts by raising the groups frequency and this is not something you can drop into. If you arrive late you will need to wait in the waiting room until I let you in. It is not to be difficult, it's because the energy of the whole room shifts together and disrupting that does not serve you or anyone else in the session. Show up a few minutes early if you need to. Grab your chai, get comfy and be ready.
