What is this

A live workshop just for you

This is a focused, joyful 1.5 to 2 hour workshop where you will draw your very own Lotus Flower Mandala from scratch, guided step by step on Zoom. No art experience needed at all.

Breathing is woven into every single step so by the time you finish, you will have practised a real breathing technique without even noticing. You will leave with a finished piece of art that is completely yours.

What to bring

Everything you need

Nothing fancy. Nothing expensive. Just these simple things and you are completely ready.

✏️

A Pencil

Any regular pencil works perfectly. The lighter the better so you can erase as you go.

📃

Paper

Art paper is ideal but regular photocopy paper works perfectly too. A template will be sent to you in your confirmation email if you prefer to use that instead. And if you have kids or grandkids, just borrow theirs!

A Ruler

Any ruler works. You will use it to find the centre of your paper and keep your lines clean.

A Compass

A compass is ideal for drawing your circles. No compass? No problem. A printed template will be sent to you and works perfectly as an alternative.

An Eraser

A good clean eraser is essential. Your pencil lines are guides and will be erased as you go.

A Fine Point Sharpie

A fine point Sharpie or similar permanent marker to go over your pencil lines once you are happy with them.

Colouring Pencils

Totally optional but so much fun. Any colours you love. There are no wrong choices here.

Your Favourite Drink

Tea, coffee, chai, water, sparkling water, whatever makes you feel cosy and settled. This is your time after all.

Hi, I am Bhupi

I am a henna artist, mandala teacher, and one of only three people in the UK trained in quantum physics based body-led healing using muscle testing. And the only one of the three actually doing anything with it.

My work is about lifting, elevating, and moving people to a higher frequency.
